During your first session, we’ll take a few minutes to discuss what prompted you to come for a session. Maybe it's headaches, allergies, stress, pain …. (these are just a few of the many conditions we can address).
With that information, you and I will decide what preset of computerized frequencies to use to target your area of concern. Relaxing on the massage table, fully clothed, I’ll have you put on headphones to listen deeply to the healing frequencies.
We might also decide to add one or two more short sets to address different areas of need. I want to honor that all of us are in a state of constant change and that our needs are going to reflect this constant. With that in mind, each session is totally customized to what your Body, Mind and Spirit is asking for at this particular time.
