Through our plan of simplified detoxing and nourishing the Body, Mind and Spirit, we offer a carefully crafted, personal retreat, available year round, designed for the evolving man and woman who is seriously focused on becoming their transcendent best! Located in the beautiful Carson Valley in Nevada, our retreat provides the assistance for rapid movement through the old into the divinely inspired new.
During your nurturing stay, you’ll receive:
- The powerful modality of Sound Healing frequencies: intentionally played gongs, Tibetan and Alchemical bowls, bells and chimes, to bring into your awareness patterns being held in your subconscious, to cleanse your cells and body and to expand your mind and spirit.
- Sessions of Crystal Usui Reiki which combines beautiful, high frequency crystals from Mother Earth and the compassionate, hands-on energy healing of Usui Reiki.
- Transformational Coaching, In-depth Facilitation and Energy Clearing to achieve the rapid results you desire.
- A simple, effective internal detox, nourishing foods, Ionic Detox Foot Baths plus other effective aids for total well-being.
We have many amenities to make your stay easy and restful such as free parking on premises, a fully stocked kitchen and extra refrigerator, washer and dryer and WiFi.
You'll have your own private room for quiet time ... time for reading, meditation, journaling, resting ... whatever you are needing to come into a more joy-filled alignment with your beautiful Soul.
This is a non-denominational retreat and is alcohol and drug-free, smoking and perfume-free. We encourage remaining silent during most of your stay to further your deepening process. Because this time is solely for your inward journey and healing, the retreat isn't suitable for infants, children, pets and unregistered visitors. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful, light-filled room
Your Sanctuary Room
We have two rooms:
One, a beautiful, private room with a plush queen size bed. You also have ample closet space, a desk, and WiFi. Because we are seeking to improve the health of all, the WiFi is turned off between 10pm and 8am so that our bodies can rest without the agitation of EMFs.
The second bedroom is a sweet, cozy, nesting space, very conducive to inward reflection. The bed is a very comfortable queen size with an ample closet.
You'll find your bathroom supplied with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and
bath products for your shower or a luxurious soak in the tub.

You’ll have healthy, thoughtfully prepared dinners along with smoothies and seasonal fruits during your stay. To start your day, we have herbal teas and tasty, gluten-free muffins. We'll also have wholesome foods available to you for fixing lunch. If you have unique dietary needs, please bring those foods and know that you'll have the use of the kitchen to prepare your meals.
We supply the finest brand of food grade Diatomaceous Earth to aid in pulling parasites and heavy metals from the body and lessening sugar cravings, a Himalayan salt sole to supply 83 minerals needed for optimum body functioning, a chlorophyll drink for the spiritual, light body development and lots of pure, filtered water to flush the system. The simple detox plan is included and is purely an optional choice for you.
